About Us
Camelot Place Rehabilitation Center Offering 24-Hour Nursing Care

Camelot Place is the premier long-term care facility in the Crowley and Rayne area, conveniently located moments from Interstate 10 in south Louisiana. Built in 2006, our bright open hallways, large rooms, multiple residential lobby areas and beautifully landscaped courtyards create a retreat for both patients needing short-term rehabilitation services and residents choosing Camelot Place as their permanent residence.

Camelot Place is not your average nursing home. Our rehabilitation programs are second to none providing services for our residents who have suffered injury, surgery, stroke or illness with speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and restorative nursing care. We are recognized for our exceptional tracheotomy care as well as our wound care management and rehabilitation.

A team of medical professionals including a Nurse Practitioner, RNs, LPNs and CNAs work together with our compassionate staff and medical directors for total care of residents at Camelot Place.

Independence coupled with quality care are the cornerstones of living at Camelot Place. We provide an Activities Daily Living Room (ADL) to promote the greatest degree of independence for residents as well as rehabilitation services for patients who prefer to commute from home for outpatient therapy.

For those facing an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis, our Memory Enhancement Unit is a safe home with a relaxing environment customized specifically with you in mind. The secured area with 22 beds gives individualized care for residents and the smaller, secure setting minimizes external stimulation to reduce anxiety. The Memory Enhancement Unit gives residents a home where they can maintain their daily routines without worry.
